For Business Owners

• Creating a Program: Go to your Dashboard → “Programs” → “Create Program”. Set your reward type, milestones, and design your digital pass.
• Issuing Passes: Once your program is ready, members can register and receive their Google or Apple Wallet pass automatically.
• Managing Members: Use the “Members” tab to view, reward, or update loyalty data in real-time.
• Scanner Access: From your dashboard, go to Wallet Scanner to scan member QR codes for visits or redemptions.

For Members

• Join a Program: Find your favorite store’s program and register via their unique Fidelitie link.
• Add to Wallet: After registration, tap “Save to Google Wallet” or “Add to Apple Wallet” to get your digital pass.
• Earn Points: Show your QR code at checkout to collect visits or points.
• Redeem Rewards: When you reach a milestone, your pass will update automatically with your available reward.
